You retain ownership of all resumes, documents, and content you upload. MyCareerDeck does not claim ownership over your professional materials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
Resume suggestions and match scoring are generated automatically and should be reviewed carefully before use. MyCareerDeck does not guarantee employment, interview offers, or hiring outcomes.
You may not use the platform to upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading, or malicious content, including malware or unauthorized data.
Paid features may require a subscription or one-time payment. Pricing may change in the future, but changes will not retroactively affect existing billing periods.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
MyCareerDeck is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost opportunities, data loss, or damages resulting from use of the platform.
